Dinner.
Organic cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil. After I started eating, I added spinach. I liked it better without.
Then, organic apple slices, organic blueberries, sliced grapes in just a little bit of fat free plain yogurt. (I didn’t eat all the yogurt).
It was very filling. Later on, I had a 100 calorie Rice Krispie treat, but I didn’t have the urge to eat another meal.
